Once we receive your device, our technicians inspect it and confirm the repair cost.
We contact you with the repair price and return delivery cost.
➡️ We repair the device only after you approve and make payment.

Repair & Return
After repair, we securely pack your device.
You pay the repair cost and return delivery fee.
We then send your device back to you using the Post Office (Royal Mail).
