Warranty Support

  • Warranty applies only to the repaired or replaced part

  • Accidental damage, liquid damage, and misuse are not covered

  • All warranty claims require inspection and a £20 non-refundable diagnostic fee

If an issue is caused by our technician during repair, it will be fixed free of charge.

Authorized Store Support

Standard Fix works with Authorized Stores that meet our professional and technical standards.
These stores operate independently but must follow Standard Fix service and warranty policies.
