We offer multiple part quality options for phone repairs so customers can choose based on their budget and needs. Available screen options may include:

Genuine (Original) Screen
Some LCD and OLED replacement screens may display a message in the phone settings such as “Unverified Part” or “Non-genuine display.”
This message does not affect phone performance, touch response, display function, or daily use.
In some cases, even genuine (original) screens may show a message. This can happen because the screen’s serial/IMEI number does not match the phone, even though the screen itself is original. These are genuine pull-out parts from other devices and function normally.
Customers are informed of all available options before the repair begins.
Tablet Repairs
For tablets such as iPad and Samsung tablets, we use:

Part availability depends on the model. We always inform customers which type of part will be used before completing the service.
