These Terms & Conditions define the requirements and responsibilities for any store seeking or holding Standard Fix Authorized Store status.
Authorization Approval

To become a Standard Fix Authorized Store, we will visit the store location to conduct an inspection.

The inspection includes:

Store setup and cleanliness

Equipment and tools used for repairs

Compliance with Standard Fix service standards

Verification of trained and skilled technicians

Authorization is granted only if the store meets all Standard Fix quality and professional standards.

Standard Fix reserves the full right to approve or reject authorization at its sole discretion.
Professional Standards
Authorized Stores must:

Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workspace

Employ trained and skilled technicians capable of repairing phones, tablets, and laptops

Use proper tools and safe repair practices
-
Follow industry-standard repair procedures
-
Provide honest communication with customers at all times
Brand Usage & Representation

Authorized Stores are permitted to use the Standard Fix name, logo, and branding only while authorization is valid.

Branding must be used exactly as provided by Standard Fix.

Misuse, alteration, or misleading representation of the brand is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Stores must not claim warranties, services, or policies beyond what Standard Fix officially provides.
Warranty & Policy Compliance

Authorized Stores must strictly follow Standard Fix Repair & Warranty Policies.

No changes, extensions, or custom warranties are allowed without written approval from Standard Fix.

All warranty inspections must follow Standard Fix procedures, including:

Proper documentation

Customer acknowledgment
-
Diagnostic fee collection (where applicable)

Parts & Repair Quality

Authorized Stores must use:

Genuine parts
-
High-quality third-party parts
-
Approved replacement components
-

Customers must be clearly informed about the type of parts used before repair.

Use of low-quality or unapproved parts may result in immediate termination of authorization.
Store Inspections & Monitoring

Standard Fix reserves the right to:

Conduct regular or surprise inspections

Review repair quality and customer handling
-
Request proof of technician training or certifications

Failure to maintain standards may result in:

Temporary suspension
-
Mandatory corrective action

Permanent termination of authorization

Customer Handling & Ethics
Authorized Stores must:

Treat customers fairly, honestly, and professionally

Clearly explain repair costs, parts, risks, and warranty terms

Avoid misleading pricing or false claims
-
Obtain customer approval before any repair work
Liability & Responsibility

Authorized Stores are responsible for:

Their own staff, technicians, and in-store operations
-
Any damages caused by negligence or unauthorized actions

Standard Fix is not liable for losses caused by:

Store mismanagement
-
Unauthorized repairs
-
Failure to follow Standard Fix policies

Confidentiality
-
All internal procedures, pricing structures, policies, and training materials provided by Standard Fix are confidential.

Authorized Stores may not share or disclose this information without written consent.
Termination of Authorization
Standard Fix reserves the right to suspend or terminate authorization immediately if:

Store standards are not maintained

Policies are violated
-
Customer complaints are repeatedly reported

Brand reputation is harmed
Upon termination:

All Standard Fix branding must be removed immediately

The store must stop representing itself as an Authorized Store
Agreement Acknowledgment
By accepting authorization, the store agrees to:

Follow all Standard Fix Terms & Conditions

Maintain professional standards at all times
-
Cooperate with inspections and audits
-
Protect the Standard Fix brand and reputation
