  • Battery: 12 months

  • Small parts: 3 months

  • Liquid damage: No warranty

Tablets

  • Screen: 12 months

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Small parts: 12 months

  • Liquid damage: No warranty

Laptops

  • Screen: 12 months

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Small parts: 12 months

  • Liquid damage: No warranty

⚠ Warranty does not cover:

  • Drops or accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Customer misuse

  • Pre-existing damage

Warranty Inspection Notice

  • All warranty claims must be inspected at a Standard Fix Authorized Store.

  • A £20 non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to warranty inspections.

Important Customer Notice

  • Any damage caused after repair (drops, liquid, misuse) will void the warranty.

  • Pre-existing damage is not covered under warranty.

  • Any damage caused by a Standard Fix technician during repair will be fixed free of charge.
