1. Technician Training & Responsibility

All Standard Fix Authorized Stores and technicians are trained to handle customer devices professionally.

Technicians are only allowed to access a device to test basic functions after repair.

Accessing personal data for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
2. Why We May Ask for a Passcode

For iPhone repairs, Apple does not provide a repair or maintenance mode.

To confirm the repair is successful, technicians may request the device passcode.

The passcode is used only to check device functionality, such as:

5. If You Believe Your Privacy Was Violated
If a customer believes that:

The customer should contact Standard Fix Customer Service immediately.
6. Investigation & Action

All complaints are taken seriously and fully investigated.

Standard Fix will:

Investigate the Authorized Store

Speak with the technician involved

If misuse of customer data is confirmed:

The store’s authorization will be cancelled immediately

The store will no longer be allowed to operate under Standard Fix

The customer may take further action directly with the store

7. Authorized Store Accountability

Authorized Stores are fully responsible for their staff’s behavior.

Any breach of this policy is a serious violation of Standard Fix standards.

Standard Fix maintains zero tolerance for privacy misuse.
8. Customer Consent
By using Standard Fix services, customers confirm that:
